Trigger Method:
Can be remotely detonated. Can also be linked to some kind of sensor or linked to other mines with detonating cords.

Structure and Components:
The plastic body encloses 700 steel ball bearings embedded in a plastic matrix; these fragments are backed by plastic explosive. The fragmentation face is convex horizontally to direct the fragments and concave vertically to control vertical dispersion. The case is made of fiberglass.
