Trigger Method:
Pressure activated. Two spring-steel strikers are held back by a collar. When this is depressed by pressure on the spigot, the strikers are released onto two igniters and the flash channelled down into the detonator.

Structure and Components:
The mine and fuze bodies are plastic; the fuze diaphragm is hard rubber. The safety pin is brass; the pull ring is nylon or twine.
