Trigger Method:
The mine is pressure triggered. The fuze incorporates two opposing spring-steel firing pins. The strikers are held apart by a sliding bolt attached to the pressure plate. The bolt has an aperture holding two igniters. When the bolt is displaced, the strikers are released onto the igniters and the flash is channelled to the detonator.

Structure and Composition:
Plastic casing and cap. Once armed, the only metal components are firing pins, two aluminum igniter caps and the detonator.
